Panel: Left of Launch: The Ground Foundation of the Space Logistics Enterprise

Wed, January 28
Tangerine Ballroom
Space Mobility

Purpose:
Before maneuver, reinforcement, and reconstitution can occur on orbit, the Space Force must be able to launch, integrate, and command space assets at operational speed and scale. This session examines the ground logistics layer that underpins space mobility—including spaceport modernization, launch cadence, integration workflows, range operations, and allied coordination. Panelists will highlight recent progress enabled through federal investment, identify the remaining infrastructure and process gaps, and frame how “left of launch” logistics serves as the foundational enabler for every space logistics capability discussed throughout the day.
