Panel: From Concept to Doctrine: How Wargaming Drives the Space Logistics Enterprise

New logistics capabilities – such as on-orbit maneuver, reinforcement and reconstitution, and the ground logistics architecture that enables rapid access and launch – do not become warfighting advantages simply by being developed. They must be tested, validated, and translated into doctrine the force can train to and execute in conflict. This session will explore how STARCOM and Space Delta 10 use wargaming, simulation, and operational experimentation to evaluate emerging logistics solutions, stress-test them in contested scenarios, and determine how they should be employed as part of real war plans. Panelists will discuss how warfighter demand signals shape capability development, how ground and orbital logistics must be integrated to support maneuver-minded operations, and what  must happen over the next year to move logistics concepts from idea to requirement to trained operational capability.
