Novaeka S.r.l., an Italian aerospace engineering company specializing in advanced ground test facilities for rocket propulsion systems, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Meritable Solutions, LLC, a U.S.-based engineering and technology services company.

This strategic agreement establishes a collaborative framework to introduce and support Novaeka’s Portable Modular Test Facility for Rocket Engines in the United States, strengthening the technological bridge between Italy and the U.S. space ecosystem.

Under the MOU, Novaeka and Meritable Solutions will work together to promote, deploy, and support Novaeka’s modular and transportable rocket engine test solutions across the U.S. market. The collaboration is designed to address the growing demand for flexible, rapidly deployable, and high-performance test infrastructure supporting launch vehicles, in-space propulsion systems, and emerging space programs.

Novaeka will lead system design, engineering, manufacturing, and commissioning of the test facilities, while Meritable Solutions will support U.S. customer engagement, requirements definition, compliance coordination, and local project execution. The partnership enables close alignment with U.S. customers, regulatory environments, and operational needs—while preserving Novaeka’s proven European engineering heritage and intellectual property.
