Will it be a Lunar War: Shaping the Future of Cislunar Strategy
By the year 2040, the harsh realities of great power competition have expanded into cislunar space. SpaceCom is offering attendees a unique opportunity to participate in a live, interactive wargame set on and around the Moon.
In this fast-paced scenario, participants step into roles ranging from the Minister of State Media for the PRC to the Director of National Intelligence, influencing national policy, grappling with territorial claims, military posturing, and brinkmanship. Players must make use of diplomacy, international agreements, covert deals and, when all else fails, anything else at their disposal—from rovers and landers to advanced hard-kill systems.
Each session will involve 22 to 40 players, engaging in strategic and tactical decision-making as well as collaborative problem-solving. At the conclusion of the sessions, teams will outbrief their positions, actions, and the consequences thereof. We anticipate at least two separate groups participating in this immersive experience.
“Will it be a Lunar War” offers a rare chance to shape the policies and strategies that will define tomorrow’s cislunar domain. Join us to navigate the fine line between cooperation and conflict in the new space race."
