Ben Schleuniger is the Co-founder and CEO of Orbital Operations, building high-thrust orbital vehicles for space defense. He began his career in propulsion at NASA and SpaceX before joining Relativity Space as an early employee. There, he led development of the TM1 fluid systems, designed heat exchangers for the AeonR engine, and built the Components and Integrated Design & Analysis teams from the ground up. Ben brings deep expertise in rocket engine design and a track record of building world-class engineering teams.
