Christian Yeara is a space operations professional and general manager who works at the intersection of business leadership and human space exploration. He earned a Master of Science in Space Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and brings more than 12 years of experience revitalizing companies, negotiating global partnerships across four continents, and leading teams through operational turnarounds. A USPTO-listed inventor and national entrepreneurship award recipient, he pairs technical curiosity with disciplined business execution to help organizations translate strategy into real-world results across complex supply chains and operations.

He has facilitated innovation workshops for the AIAA SciTech Idea Challenge and served as a Flight Director at Space Trek Academy, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams during hands-on mission simulations on Florida’s Space Coast. His research, “Perceptions of a Crewed Mission to Mars: Appraising Public and Industry Support,” explores how public and industry sentiment can accelerate or slow the path to a human mission to Mars, and has been featured at forums such as the International Space Development Conference and the Mars Society Convention.

At SpaceCom, Christian is focused on connecting industry, policy, and public engagement to strengthen the commercial foundations of human spaceflight, from low Earth orbit to Mars.
