Senior Enlisted Leader, Space Delta 10, Space Training and Readiness Command

Chief Brown is the Senior Enlisted Leader, Space Delta 10, Space Training and Readiness Command, Patrick Space Force Base, Florida.  He is responsible for advising the commander on matters related to the delta serving as the Space Force’s organization for doctrine, tactics, and concepts development, as well as the Service’s lessons learned program and wargaming series. Space Delta 10 prepares Guardians for Great Power Competition while forging critical partnerships for space security across industry, academia, and numerous allied nations.
 
Chief Brown enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in November 2003 as an Aerospace Propulsion specialist, where he worked at the 314th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron for the C-130 aircraft. Throughout his career, Chief Brown has served in a multitude of operational and training missions including space operations, communications, and cyber working at various levels of responsibility. Prior to his current assignment, he oversaw Defensive Cyber Operations of the Eastern Launch and Test Range System. He was also the 4th Space Operations Squadron’s Senior Enlisted Leader, guiding the unit to manage the nation’s $45.1 billion Protected Military Satellite Communications System encompassing the Military Strategic and Tactical Relay (MILSTAR) Constellation, Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) weapon system, the $1.4 billion Enhanced Polar Satellite (EPS) Communications System, as well as the $5.2 billion Wideband constellation encompassing both the Defense Satellite Communication System (DSCS) and Wideband Global Satellite Communications System (WGS).

Chief Brown transferred to the U.S. Space Force on December 12th, 2020.
