Craig Hrinkevich
Craig Hrinkevich is a Managing Director at D.A. Davidson, where he focuses on public finance and energy project finance for complex infrastructure across the United States. With more than 25 years of experience, Craig has structured and executed billions of dollars of tax-exempt and taxable financings for transportation systems, utilities, higher education and health care institutions, and emerging infrastructure sectors.
Craig is a recognized expert in private activity bond and innovative capital structures, including financings for renewable energy, agricultural infrastructure, and energy transition projects. He is actively advising public entities and private tenants on the newly enacted U.S. spaceport private activity bond authority-helping translate federal policy into practical, market-ready financing solutions for launch sites, aerospace manufacturing, and related infrastructure.
Earlier in his career, Craig served as a senior municipal banker and regional public finance office head, and he has worked at the intersection of finance and government as a chief of staff and legislative liaison. He currently serves on the U.S. EPA’s Environmental Financial Advisory Board, where he focuses on private capital mobilization for climate and infrastructure initiatives.
Craig holds a Master of Governmental Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University.
