Eric Hoffman
Eric Hoffman is a Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton and is part of a leadership team that delivers space warfighting capabilities and transformational solutions for DoD and the Intel Community. Eric is an experienced program manager and today leads Booz Allen’s United States Space Force business.
Eric joined Booz Allen in May of 2000 after starting his career in the United States Air Force by serving seven years as an active-duty space acqusition officer. During his time in the Air Force Eric initially worked as a Small Launch Vehicle Engineer on the Pegasus program. He supported the Delta II launch vehicle program as a ground systems engineer. During his final assignment, he was the On-Orbit Operations Manager for the Milstar satellite system.
During his 25+ year tenure at Booz Allen, Eric has held numerous engineering, program and porfolio management roles of increasing responsibility. Today in our Space Force business he leads programs in the areas of space sensing; resilient positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT); MILSATCOM; signal processing; large-scale space program integration; launch and range systems, software development; cyber systems and digital engineering. Prior leadership roles also include leading Booz Allen’s Nuclear and NASA business portfolios.
Eric holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (Prescott Campus), where he was the Distinguished Graduate in 1993 for the Aerospace Engineering Department. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Eric has supported the local community as a member of the El Segundo Library Board of Trustees and is life member of the Air Force Association.
