Isaac Passmore
Isaac Passmore is a Technologist Fellow at ASRC Federal specializing in satellite and ground system operations. Isaac has supported multiple satellite launch campaigns as the mission’s lead ground system engineer by providing critical launch operations, deployment integrations, system tests and functionality checkouts. In his 10+ years of direct satops support, he has performed numerous emergency contingency operations that have restored mission capabilities to some of the nation’s most critical weather satellites. Presently, Isaac is assisting ASRC Federal in ground system architecture design and overseeing development of several AI/ML/DL applications to satellites and their ground systems. Isaac received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from UMBC and received a master’s degree in Space Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
