Jeremy Parker
Jeremy Parker founded the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services Group at Macquarie Capital a decade ago. Jeremy brings over 25 years of investment banking and related corporate finance experience, having worked on a wide-range of mergers & acquisitions and financing transactions across the aerospace, defense, government and information technology sectors. He was previously at Sagent Advisors (now DC Advisory), where he served as Managing Director and Co-Head of the Aerospace, Defense and Technology investment banking practice. Prior to Sagent, Jeremy was Managing Director and Head of Aerospace, Defense and Government investment banking at Gleacher & Company. Prior to Gleacher & Company, Jeremy spent a number of years at Science Applications International Corporation (now Leidos and SAIC) where he completed a range of strategic mergers & acquisitions transactions and principal investments in support of the Company’s strategic and financial objectives. Jeremy started his investment banking career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
Mr. Parker received his MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and a BA from Georgetown University.
