John M. Quinn is an entrepreneur and electrical engineer advancing sustainable, reusable spaceflight with his Exos team. His career spans the U.S. Nuclear Navy, the power industry, and commercial aerospace, where he is recognized for applying high-reliability engineering to next-generation space systems.

John spent 14.5 years in the U.S. Navy’s Silent Service, specializing in stealth systems, condition assessment, and submarine vibration analysis for fast-attack and Trident submarines. After earning a BSEE in Controls Engineering, he spent more than two decades in the power industry leading advanced control systems, cybersecurity, and Six Sigma–driven operational excellence, while integrating emerging technologies such as AI.

In 2014, John founded Exos Aerospace Systems & Technologies, building on earlier efforts to commercialize naval technologies through Martin Systems & Technologies. At Exos, he leads the development of reusable space vehicle platforms and a portfolio of aerospace, manufacturing, and technology companies operating across the United States.

Outside of his professional work, John is active in veteran service and community leadership. He serves as Judge Advocate at his local Veterans of Foreign Wars post and founded the Lone Star Post Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting Veterans of Foreign Wars.
