Katya Hughes

International Moderator, former Northrop Grumman Head of Logistics/Product Support Department and Sustainment PMO Leader, with the Graduate Certificate in Space Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. 

Katya Hughes is a thought leader in business operations, Author of the LinkedIn newsletter Built to Scale, and Founder of Inflection Point Studio – a business operations consulting firm. Her experience includes Sr. Leadership positions at both established and startup organizations. She served as Director of Operational Excellence for a $1B division at Honeywell Aerospace, led the Sustainment PMO and a 100+ multi-functional Product Support and Defense Logistics team within Systems Engineering at Northrop Grumman, and held the role of Head of Business Operations at Virgin Galactic and BRPH.

Katya's moderation and speaking experience includes VivaTech 2025 in Paris, France, Defense Logistics Conference at Northrop Grumman, and Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing forum in Dallas, TX, among others.

Katya is a certified Six Sigma Lean Expert, Green Belt, and PMP, holds an MS in IT and a BBA in Management, a Graduate Certificate in Space Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Financial Accounting Certificate from Harvard Business School.
