Mr. Brown has been a space industry business leader for the past 30 years, centered on NASA and human space flight programs. As a business development (BD) professional, he has focused on creating new industry solutions that drive business growth by addressing critical space program needs. Today, Mr. Brown is Sr. Vice President of BD at All Points Logistics, where he is responsible for organizing and deploying company resources to drive business growth. Prior to joining All Points, Mr. Brown was BD Director for Civil Space at Engility, which provides services to the federal government in intelligence technologies, space systems, and system engineering. In this position, Mr. Brown was responsible for strategic planning and capture of new business opportunities associated with NASA, the U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Navy. Prior to Engility, Mr. Brown was Senior Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton where he managed the firm’s business portfolio at NASA’s John F. Kennedy Space Center and Patrick Air Force Base, including support to NASA’s Commercial Crew, Constellation, and International Space Station programs. Mr. Brown was also co-founder and Vice President of BD at Command and Control Technologies in Titusville, FL, which specializes in mission critical automation for space transportation, launch ranges, and spaceports. In its second full year of business, CCT was selected as the KSC Small Business Subcontractor of the Year and later named one of the 100 fastest growing Florida companies. He remains a member of the CCT Board of Directors. Mr. Brown is also previous Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of the National Space Club Florida Committee and serves on the Industrial Advisory Committee for the Mechanical, Materials and Aerospace Engineering program at the University of Central Florida. Mr. Brown received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette and M.S. in Engineering Management from the University of Central Florida.
