Mr. Brown has been a space industry business leader for the past 35 years centered on U.S. Space Force, NASA and human space flight programs. As a business development professional, he has focused on creating new industry solutions that drive business growth by addressing critical space program needs. His experience spans increasing management and business development roles at large companies and entrepreneurial startup of new companies.

Today, Mr. Brown is Sr. Vice President of Business Development at All Points Logistics, LLC, where he is assisting the CEO stand up the new "Space Prep" business to address the critical shortage in ground infrastructure for space launch. He is working with a team to secure financing, customers, and real estate to launch this multi-billion dollar business. Prior to this role, he was responsible for organizing and deploying All Points resources to drive overall business growth. All Points has provided software development, information technology, and engineering services to NASA, the U.S. Army, Missile Defense Agency, and other federal agencies since 1998.

Prior to his current position, he was Director of Business Development for Civil Space at Engility before and after its acquisition of TASC, the spun-off services arm of Northrop Grumman. Prior to Engility, Mr. Brown was Senior Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton where he managed the firm’s business portfolio at NASA’s John F. Kennedy Space Center and Patrick Air Force Base in Florida, including support to NASA’s Commercial Crew, Constellation, and International Space Station programs.

Mr. Brown is also co-founder of Command and Control Technologies in Titusville, Florida which specializes in mission critical automation for space transportation, launch ranges, and spaceports. In its second full year of business, CCT was selected as the KSC Small Business Subcontractor of the Year and later named one of the 100 fastest growing Florida companies. He remains a member of the CCT Board of Directors.Prior to CCT, Mr. Brown was manager of new business and R&D at the Kennedy Space Center division of McDonnell Douglas Aerospace (now Boeing). 

Mr. Brown is also previous Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of the National Space Club Florida Committee. Mr. Brown received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette in 1983 and M.S. in Engineering Management from the University of Central Florida in 1996. He lives near Cocoa, Florida, with his wife Abby, enjoying their three grown daughters and is active in his church and with high school youth STEM activities.
