Luke Shabro is the Founder & CEO of Wayfinder Strategies, where he helps emerging and dual-use technology companies navigate DoD acquisition pathways — from Commercial Solutions Openings (CSOs) and Other Transactions (OTs) to rapid prototyping venues and field experiments. As a veteran Navy intelligence specialist and senior Army Civilian, Luke has spent his career at the intersection of future warfare, ISR modernization, and defense innovation, serving in roles across Army Training and Doctrine Command, Army Futures Command, Defense Innovation Unit (DIU), the Southwest Mission Acceleration Center (SWMAC), and the defense technology private sector. He brings firsthand experience supporting nontraditional vendors, translating operational problems into solvable acquisition pathways, and shaping collaborative government–industry engagements that shorten timelines from prototype to operational capability. His work centers on accelerating innovation for programs that demand speed, adaptability, and mission relevance — on Earth and beyond!
