Megan Miller is a dynamic and versatile compliance and ethics leader with deep experience in workforce development, project and contract management, and regulatory compliance within the aerospace and defense sectors. Since joining The Boeing Company on December 2, 2022, Megan has served on the Ethics Issue Review Team and progressed to Site Compliance & Ethics Officer for Florida Space Coast Operations, advancing to Sr. Site Compliance & Ethics Officer in January 2025. She brings a proven track record of creating and sustaining strong ethical cultures, advising leadership, and implementing pragmatic compliance solutions tailored to complex operational environments. Megan combines legal training with broad programmatic experience to design and execute effective compliance programs. As Boeing’s Sr. Site Compliance & Ethics Officer at Kennedy Space Center and Daytona Beach, she serves as the global compliance focal for the sites, engaging employees at all levels to prevent, detect, and respond to ethics and compliance risks. Her work emphasizes fostering an open speak-up culture, protecting against retaliation, maintaining preventative controls, analyzing investigation metrics, and delivering targeted guidance based on risk analysis. She partners closely with local leaders and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and integrity are embedded in day-to-day operations. Prior to Boeing, Megan led business operations, export licensing, and contract management functions across government and commercial organizations. As Business Manager at JRM Technologies, she acted as the corporate interface to customers, managed budgets and payroll, served as a super-user for export licensing, and supported proposal development and milestone tracking. At PAE-SGT Partners, she led HR and labor relations during a large contract transition, managed multiple multimillion-dollar subcontracts, served as the Export Control Reviewer and Facility Security Officer for contract activities, and ensured adherence to FAR/DFARS, NASA supplements, ITAR/EAR, SCA, and other requirements. Megan’s earlier roles include Compliance Officer and Empowered Official at the Center for the Advancement of Science in Space, where she managed compliance onboarding, policy development, export control submissions, and contract performance monitoring. At Yang Enterprises she served as Contracts Specialist and HR Compliance lead, administering government contracts across multiple agencies, negotiating GSA schedules, drafting and negotiating a wide range of contractual instruments, supporting audits and proposals, and delivering ethics and supervisor training.
