I am a dynamic and versatile professional with a robust background in workforce development, project management, and compliance within the aerospace and defense sectors. Since joining Boeing on December 2, 2022, as a member of the Ethics Issue Review Team (IRT), I have transitioned to the role of Site Compliance & Ethics Officer for the Florida Space Coast Operations and subsequently advanced to Sr. Site Compliance & Ethics Officer in January 2025. My career has been marked by a commitment to ethical practices and regulatory compliance, underscored by my experience as a Senior Ethics & Compliance Officer, where I led comprehensive ethics and compliance programs and managed export compliance duties.

With extensive experience in contract sourcing, meeting performance objectives, and overseeing project operations—from concept and design to validation and integration—I have successfully driven product launches while ensuring adherence to technical requirements and due diligence. My expertise extends to building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, optimizing resources, and maintaining business integrity through conscientious compliance with operational and legal regulations.

I hold a Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, which enhances my ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes. My areas of expertise include project management, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and contract management, among others. I am dedicated to fostering a culture of ethics and compliance, having reviewed, evaluated, and investigated numerous ethics and compliance issues throughout my career.

With a TS/SCI security clearance, I am committed to upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity in all my professional endeavors.
