Steven Smith (PhD Geophysics, MS Acoustical Physics, BS Eng. Physics) is the audio/DSP/acoustics engineer for NASA's spacesuit program. He has conducted R&D work in audio, sonar and seismic signal processing for Shure Microphones and Audio Electronics, Shell Exploratation and Production, and various seismic imaging companies. He currently works as the SME for audio development & integration on the US government reference spacesuit design and program consultant for partner contractors.
