As a participant of SpaceCom | Space Congress 2026, all attendees, exhibitors, and media agree to abide by the following policies. We encourage all to review and familiarize yourself with all services available to you.

  • Personal Information Collection: We collect personal information such as name, email, company name, etc., during registration or other interactions on our site.

Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the SpaceCom | Space Congress website and participation in all Commercial Space Week events.

  • Website Usage: By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.
  • Event Participation: Registration for SpaceCom | Space Congress 2026 is subject to acceptance of these terms, including cancellation and refund policies.
  • Intellectual Property: All content on this site is the intellectual property of SpaceCom | Space Congress unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use of any materials, including logos and images, is prohibited.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Here’s what you need to know about cancellations and refunds for SpaceCom | Space Congress and Commercial Space Week 2026:

  • Attendee Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing by Monday, December 29, 2025. No refunds will be issued after this date.
  • Exhibitor Cancellations: Exhibitor cancellation requests must be received in writing by Monday, December 29, 2025, for a refund. No refunds will be issued after this deadline. A $50 processing fee applies to all cancellations and downgrades. Should you lose your badge, reprints will be available onsite for $25.
  • Event Cancellation/Postponement: If, for any reason, Commercial Space Week is cancelled or postponed, Commercial Space Week is not responsible for covering airfare and/or other travel costs incurred by clients.

Processing Fees

  • All refunds or downgrades will incur a $50 processing fee.

Badge Reprint/Change Fees

  • Should you lose your badge, reprints will be available onsite for $25.
  • All refunds and downgrades will incur a $50.00 processing fee.

Code of Conduct

Respectful Behavior

All participants are expected to treat each other with respect, regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, disability, or other differences

Harassment

Harassment of any kind, including unwelcome sexual advances, derogatory comments, and offensive behavior, will not be tolerated.

Consequences

Violators of the Code of Conduct may be subject to expulsion from the event without a refund, and further actions may be taken as deemed appropriate.

Health and Safety Policy

Your health and safety are our priority. We follow all local and federal guidelines to ensure a safe experience at SpaceCom | Space Congress 2026 and all Commercial Space Week activities.

  • Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency during Commercial Space Week, follow the instructions of event staff and venue security personnel.
  • Accessibility: The venue is accessible to all individuals, and accommodations can be requested ahead of time to meet any specific needs. Find more information on our Accessibility Services page.

Photography and Media Policy

We want to capture the excitement and innovation at SpaceCom | Space Congress 2026 and all Commercial Space Week activities, but we also respect your privacy.

  • Event Photography: By attending Commercial Space Week, you consent to be photographed or filmed by our official event photographers for use in promotional materials.
  • Personal Photography: Attendees are welcome to take photos and videos but must respect the privacy of others and refrain from capturing content in restricted areas.
  • Photography Regulations: Any attendee, exhibitor, or media representative who wants to take pictures of displays must first obtain express permission from the exhibitor whose display will appear in the photograph. Should an exhibitor object, photographs of that display will be prohibited.
  • Press Photography: To facilitate effective and respectful interactions between media representatives, exhibitors, and attendees at all Commercial Space Week events, all press must review and adhere to our Press Policies.

Age Policy

No one under the age of 18 is permitted to attend. No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the exhibit hall at any time.

Gratuities

Convention Center employees and union labor are NOT permitted to accept gratuities of any kind. If you are solicited for a tip by convention center employees or booth labor personnel, please report the incident to Show Management.

ID Policy

All SpaceCom | Space Congress participants must present a valid photo ID to obtain badges. A valid government/student ID may also be required for select registration types. Failure to provide a valid ID for government/student registrations will require additional payment of the full onsite industry rate.
