SpaceCom is an annual conference and exhibition that brings together industry leaders, government agencies, and innovators in the commercial space sector. It focuses on exploring advancements, partnerships, and business opportunities in space technology, exploration, and utilization. It occurs in the first quarter of each calendar year in Orlando, Florida, USA.

SpaceCom 2025 will be held on January 28 - 30, 2026 at the Orange County Convention Center - Hall E - in Orlando, Florida, USA. 

SpaceCom is open to professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, and enthusiasts from various organizations including space technology companies, government agencies, spaceports, research institutions, media, end-use markets, and more. Anyone that is involved in any aspect of space or the use of space technologies should participate at SpaceCom.

SpaceCom offers a diverse range of activities, including keynote presentations by industry experts and officials, panel discussions, powerful networking, and an exhibition featuring cutting-edge space technologies and services. 

SpaceCom has representation and participation from industry, government, defense and global spaceports. Top industry leaders from the entire space ecosystem are present and come ready to do business, create strategic partnerships, and push the industry forward. 

Commercial Space Week is a series of weeklong events that includes SpaceCom, the Space Mobility Conference, and the Global Spaceport Alliance Spaceport Summit. SpaceCom is dedicated to uniting government and commercial industry to foster innovation. The Space Mobility Conference, now in its 4th year, primary focus is to establish authority and dominance in space through assured access, rapid delivery and orbital resiliency. The GSA Spaceport Summit brings together spaceport leaders from all over the world to build and enhance the global spaceport network and build the necessary infrastructure.

Exhibitor FAQs

SpaceCom is the most focused commercial space event in the world. As the event continued to grow, co-located events became part of the experience. With the co-located Space Mobility Conference, you'll have access to the decision makers within those organizations who are at SpaceCom specifically to find solutions to build and strengthen their space capabilities. In addition, the Global Spaceport Alliance Spaceport Summit brings spaceport leaders from around the world to increase spaceport production and source partners and solutions to do so. As an exhibitor, you'll gain access to the industry's most influential like no where else.

Yes, companies can exhibit at SpaceCom to showcase their space technologies, products, and services if they support space projects or end-users of space technology. You can register for SpaceCom by visiting our registration page and following the instructions provided. Early bird discounts and special rates may be available, so we encourage you to register early. Registration will open in August 2025.

1. Eligibility

The SpaceCom | Space Congress Fisher AG7 Cerakote Space Pen Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of National Trade Productions, Inc. (“NTP”), SpaceCom | Space Congress, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities associated with the promotion of the Contest, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible.

 

2. Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored by National Trade Productions, Inc. (NTP), the host of SpaceCom | Space Congress.

 

3. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

 

4. Contest Period

The Contest begins on January 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM ET, and ends on January 9, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Contest Period”). Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.

 

5. How to Enter

Method 1: Event Registration & Hotel Booking

Participants may enter the Contest by registering for SpaceCom | Space Congress (January 28–30, 2026) and booking a hotel room within the official SpaceCom | Space Congress hotel room block during the Contest Period.

Method 2: Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without registering or booking a hotel, eligible participants may submit a handwritten entry including their full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than January 9, 2026, and received within a reasonable time thereafter.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about January 12, 2026, the Sponsor will randomly select five (5) winners from all eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 5 days, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

 

7. Prize

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) Fisher AG7 Cerakote Space Pen, famously used by astronauts in space.

Prizes are transferable to another individual if desired, but may not be substituted for cash or other consideration.

 

8. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

 

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and all related parties from any claims arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

 

10. Disputes

All disputes arising out of or relating to this Contest shall be resolved individually and exclusively in accordance with applicable U.S. law, without resort to any form of class action.

 

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
