Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing by Monday, December 29, 2025. No refunds will be issued after this date. If for any reason, Commercial Space Week is cancelled or postponed, Commercial Space Week is not responsible for covering airfare and/or other travel costs incurred by clients. A $50 processing fee applies to all cancellations and downgrades. Should you lose your badge, reprints will be available onsite for $25.
